Because we're a Custom Canvas Shop, most items are not "IN STOCK", but are "MADE TO ORDER". Most orders take from 3 to 6 weeks to make because they're handcrafted, one at a time. The materials listed for each product are chosen carefully through the years for the most durable combination for it's intended application. But you can choose from a variety materials, to get the product you really want.
We do have limited "IN STOCK" items, which vary throughout the year. If you're in a hurry or don't have a color preference, it will be shipped out within 2 business days, if we have the item in stock. Any "IN STOCK" item can be returned for a refund within 30 days, less a 20% restocking fee.
If we don't have the item "IN STOCK", we will contact you to let know what color(s) in that fabric we have in stock. It then usually takes about 3 weeks turnaround to make your item.
If we have to special order the fabric, then it can take up to a 6-week turnaround to make your item, depending on availability.
For large orders, we'll give you any quantity discounts and estimated turnaround time.
Sometimes the color you want is unavailable, so give us several color choices. Also you can choose several colors for your item.
You can have any item made with any fabric & color you want listed on our COLORS page. You can also request fabrics or colors not listed here. There are numerous fabrics & hardware we have access to, however, there may be limited availability & minimums may apply. Please contact us if what you are looking for is not shown there.

Anything on the CUSTOM PAGES; TENTS, TARPS, BANNERS, COVERS. & STRAPS, or if the description states it's "MADE TO ORDER" means we only make it to order.
We require a daytime phone number, email, & address for all orders. We may call or text you to verify your information, to make sure we are building the product you need.
Embroidery & Silkscreening are available upon request. Because these are "MADE TO ORDER", we will give you a time and cost bid. It takes an additional minimum 2 weeks for this service.

Our business operates in Idaho. All in-state orders will be charged Idaho Sales Tax of 6 % or required by law.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time because fabric & hardware prices fluctuate.
What is posted is the most current prices available. We'll contact you if the price has increased.
All of our fabric is First Quality. We stand 100% behind our products. However because we have no control over how our products are used, we have a limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If an item is defective on our part we will repair or replace (our option) the item free.
Non-warranty repairs will be charged a fair price for materials and labor used. You can email us photos of the item & we can give you a free bid,
Any item returned for repair must be cleaned before we receive it. Most items can be cleaned in luke warm water, then line dried. Some dry cleaners do a good job.
Since no product is indestructible, our warranty doesn't cover normal wear & tear, abuse, neglect, misuse, modifications, accidents, machine washed, or machine dried.
"MADE TO ORDER" items can't be returned for refund. This also includes anything that has been silk-screened or embroidered.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return of the product is the customer responsibility.
Refunds or credit will be issued after we have received your returned order and inspect it for damage. If an order is lost in transit, the freight/postal company must acknowledge that the order is lost. At that time we will refund or credit the order at our discretion.
