Shipping Information

Because we make such a wide variety of products, shipping charges are estimated for your order. Many items will have additional charges based on value, weight, size, & distance. Or if your order more that one item, the cart doesn't prorate the shipping & handling fees. We also insure every shipment just in case your order is damaged or lost in transit. (This happens too often) 

We will send you either a PayPal or Credit Card email invoice for any additional shipping charges. Once these charges are paid, your order will be processed. If your shipping charges need to be prorated, then will refund you the excess by the same way you paid your original order.

You can contact us before you order to get the actual shipping & handling charges.

We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. "IN STOCK" orders are shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks, because these are "MADE to ORDER" handcrafted one at a time.

We will email you the tracking number when your order is shipped.  If you have not received your order in 13 business days please contact us.
